We provide a varied range of cleaning services for both domestic and commercial residential properties.
Yes we are fully insured for Public and Employers Liability. Furthermore we have been police checked, and also are registered with various agencies including the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) which means that your data is safe.
Every cleaning job is priced according to needs and expectations of the customer, therefore we can not give an estimate of costs on the website here. You can contact us for a price for your particular requirements.
Generally speaking, private residential properties have exterior windows cleaned on a 4 to 6 weekly schedule, weather permitting. During winter, although we do our best to maintain a regular service for outside work, there are times when this is not always possible.
Yes we only clean ground floor properties, normally bungalows in actual fact. After many years of climbing up and down ladders, we decided it was time to take it easy!
Over the years we have cleaned Public Houses, Shops, Medical Centres (doctors surgeries), Offices, New Builds, Community Centres and lots more besides. We are happy to look at any type of commercial cleaning request, and will always be honest and upfront about whether or not it is something we would undertake now.
There are various types of commercial cleaning clients who want different things. Generally speaking the following would apply:
Public Houses - Every day;
Community Centres - Monday to Friday with additional cleaning perhaps at weekends;
Doctors Surgeries - Monday to Friday;
Offices - Daily, once or twice a week.
