This section explained
New customers As with all our regular customers, we will always endeavour to contact you the evening before to gain access to the rear of the property, if however we do and we turn up to find no access to the rear of your property we reserve the right to clean what we can access, and may charge the amount as agreed if we had cleaned the whole property
Our normal schedule - We do our very best to come as often as we have agreed. To make that possible the windows will be cleaned at the interval required weather permitting (Please note the cancellation terms below). The usual frequency is once every 4 weeks. A frequency of more than 4 weeks will be classed as a first time clean and therefore the charge may be more than if it were more frequent
Insurance Due to our liability insurance cover, we do not accept any damage caused by structural of decorative defects or conditions at your property/premises, such as, but not limited to, ill-fitting doors, fascias, guttering, windows, window/conservatory trims, leaking seals, unsecured windows and doors, rotting frames, open trickle vents and decorative bars stuck on glass i.e. lead, etc. Also we will be unable to move obstacles, which we deem to be too time consuming such as but not exclusive to; garden furniture, flower pots, etc. If these or any other item we deem to restrict access to an area of your property or premises, we will be unable to clean it
Ways to pay us If you are at home when we call, then you can pay by cash or cheque (if previously agreed). If you are not at home at the time of the clean, then we call back for the money, or make arrangements for you to pay us by Bank Giro Credit, or online payment. If payment is not received within 14 days of work being carried out, interest will be charged on outstanding amount, per day in line with our current bank interest rates
Complaints We are confident that you will find the standard of our work exceptional. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you do feel that you need to complain please do so by contacting us using our contact form, or call us on 023 9243 0217 as soon as possible
Cancellations To cancel your agreement with us on a permanent basis you need to give at least one months notice. If this is not given, we fully reserve the right to invoice for the cleaning even if it is not undertaken. Customers who choose to turn away cleaners on the scheduled date(s) will be invoiced for the cleaning fees. We also reserve the right to cancel our services for non payment, and seek legal redress to claim back outstanding debts, and associated fees that may be incurred by doing so
