Terms & Conditions of Business - Private Customers
Window cleaning and commercial cleaning are the main services that we offer, although we can also carry out cleaning of uPVC frames, conservatories and conservatory roofs, gutters and fascias. Please view our pages for additional work we undertake. The price we agree with you is for the cleaning of the glass, window sills and immediate window frame (Commercial contracts are priced on an individual requirement basis).

We normally clean windows on a 4 weekly cycle, weather permitting. We always aim to provide all of our customers with adequate notice, should for any reason, we will be unable to continue cleaning your property. As such, we ask the same in return, and should you wish to cancel your services with us, we respectfully request at least 4 weeks notice of this intent. If you do not give us 4 weeks notice, we fully reserve the right to charge you the price you would have paid, if we had cleaned your property as normal during this full period.

Payment is by cash or cheque as agreed at the time of our services being engaged by yourself. If you are out when we call, a call-back slip will be left, and we will then return to collect the payment (normally within a few days). Any outstanding payments due to us, either for services cancelled, or services provided, but not yet paid for, will be due when we call back.

Prices are reviewed annually.

We normally clean windows on a 1, 2 or 4 weekly cycle, weather permitting. We always aim to provide all of our customers with adequate notice, should for any reason, we will be unable to continue cleaning your commercial property. As such, we ask the same in return, and should you wish to cancel your services with us, we respectfully request at least 56 days notice (8 weeks) of this intent. If you do not give us 56 days notice, we fully reserve the right to charge you the price you would have paid, if we had cleaned your property as normal during this full period.

Commercial Cleaning clients normally have their commercial premises cleaned on a daily basis (or an agreed regular basis if otherwise), and we will have discussed with you, any particular requirements, that you deem necessary. We work closely with you to ensure that these conditions are met, and if there is cause for complaint, or disagreement, then we will have 7 days to rectify the particular issue (if it is within the scope of the agreement we have with you).

If however, what you are requiring has not been discussed, or is not part of our agreement with you, then we reserve the right to make an additional charge as we deem appropriate. We will always look at discussing this with you before hand, to ensure that harmony is maintained for both parties concerned.

Payment is by cash, cheque or BAC's, as agreed at the time of our services being engaged by yourself. Any outstanding payments due to us, either for services cancelled, or services provided, but not yet paid for, will be due by one of the payment methods we have already agreed with you.
